| Methods for improving the visibility of knowledge on the Web | ||
| About this project | This project is being conducted for The University of Melbourne and examines various methodologies for making research knowledge more accessible via the Web. This part of the project examines ways of using pre-existing documents to generate web pages that describe research activities and can be appropriately indexed by search engines. Keyword analysis has been performed by machine and the tagging has followed strict rules so that these methodologies might be automated for application to a large organization. Pages have been constructed in various ways to investigate the efficacy of keywords: visible on the pages and hidden in tags. |

The project has been commissioned by Pro Vice Chancellor, Professor Loane Skene. |
